We have had a fun summer.  It was crazy with the house and everything, but it was fun.  Tyson took the kids to the beach a lot and they had a great time hanging out with dad.  Every day since Tyson has been back to work, Gabe asks, "Daddy, schoo?"  My boys love hanging out with each other. 
A couple fun things this summer was Cedric began reading.  He gets so excited when he reads words.  Just this morning he read "fat" on the cereal box (it said fat free).  Then he said, "fat, like daddy and you are fat."  Yes, thank you very much for the reminder Cedric, haha.
We started potty training Gabe.  We didn't think we would even attempt until he was older, but he showed so much interest in the potty that we decided to start.  He asks to go potty all the time now.  We will see if where it goes!
The surf school was a lot of fun this summer.  We put up signs around town and ended up getting to meet a lot of interesting people.  We are hoping for a little more business next year, but it was great.
We did a lot of surfing, swimming and just had fun as a family.  Goodbye lazy summer!
